- Any discrepancies with an order must be reported to GSR GLOBAL within 24 hours of receipt.
- Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers must be requested within 3 days of receipt of your product and returned to GSR GLOBAL head office within 7 days from receipt of goods.
- All product returned must be marked with an GSR GLOBAL RMA number and be new and in unopened, full shipping unit quantities. Credit cannot be issued without an GSR GLOBAL authorized RMA.
- Custom made and uncataloged items will not be accepted for return.
- GSR GLOBAL reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee.
